Disappointed by service given..

I went to Ackermans in Market Street Polokwane... I saw ear phones going for R25 on a shelf, I decided to buy them, the cashier that was assisting me rang them on the till and then told me that the price had gone up to R29, I then told him that but the price on the shelf said R25, he then called a certain lady by the name of Pheladi, and explained to him the situation.. first of all her respond to the cashier was very rude she rep**** and I quote " so what do you want me to do" I then responded to her and said that the price said R25, she said accessories what I was asking for is not possible with accessories.. and rudely like that she left me at the till. the cashier who's name is Tebogo then asked me if he can proceed I then told him no.. this is a clear example of lack of knowledge when it comes to customer rights.. she did not even bother to get a second or third option from her other colleagues.. she couldn't careless.. I was really not pleased with the service..
