Good day
I'm hoping you can help me, I have a phone that was purchased a Akermans retail store, along the way, I experienced some issues with it and it didn't switch on anymore. The device was taken back to the store and booked in for repairs on the 15th of Jan. I have went a couple of times and its still not back, how long do I have to wait for it to repaired and who is suppose to give me feedback? All I'm asking for is my device back and in its normal operating way. Surely I am not asking for too much.
