Disappointed

I purchased a scatter cushion from your Clearwater branch on Sunday , there was no tag , barcode etc on it , I wanted 2?it was the last one , I caked the call centre on Monday morning hoping to speak to a planner in that dept to see if they could locate one for me ( they are involved in the buying too) I wasn't allowed to I had to send an email and the picture of the cushio I had , I did , I have had a response , you can read it , today I have the day off and I thought perfect I can try and locate one , well this is both a complaint and a compliment , a compliment to your Hyperama Roodepoort branch , Esther Netsiyanda, your Woodmead branch ( I have the young gentleman email address ) and Cradlestone who TRIED To assist me and were so courteous , your other branches Greenstone, Brigh****er commons leave a lot to be desired they couldn't wait to get me off the phone , as for Sandton I have been trying for a solid hour and a half to get hold of them , engaged , very dissopointed.
