I am currently on maternity leave and before I went on maternity leave I contacted Ackermans to make a arrangement as i won't and don't get a salary during this time and not I getting uif.

He lady informed me that I can't make a arrangement that wen I make a less payment someone will call me and I must make a arrangement like that.weirdly I said ok.but i emailed m maternity documents thru to the accounts department with a email just in case.

Then wen someone called me I explained all of the above and she remained I pay the full installment and not giving a **** that I am on maternity leave not getting any income I explained that I will pay whatever I get for this little time unroll i start work again I will sort the account out .She didn't give a **** she wouldn't accept it.

Then called in and wanted to speak to a manager the managers were in a meeting. Then slmeelse always a woman called and j said I will try and pay 150 she waant happy with it everyday almost I have had someone call me and starting off blast rude to the extent that I get very upset .once again I called in and wanted to speak to a manager because of the my way the consultants speak to their consumers once again they are in a meeting .

How can the managers always be in meetings wen a consumer calls in .

Is this why the consultants speak to the consumers like ****..regardlessbof wether a consumer owns money or not as a company they should always speak in etiquet patently not Ackermans.

I want steps taken against that consultant that calls me and speaks so rudly to me .

How does the CEO of Ackermans alow this how does the general managers alow this I want to know.

This is not the first time I have had such disrespect from Ackermans collections staff .previously I was not receiving my statements in order to know way payment amount was due on a monthly basis so O I was paying way I thought and my account ended in a arrears Wendi was called and this came to my attention I stated my issue and rectified my arrears. Same issue I had abruptness with the consultant.

This time I will not stand for it.

This is not the way a consultant should speak to a consumer as a consumer I still have a rite to respect wether my account goes into carers or not.

On the numerous amount of calls I get surly if the conaults added the correct notes and information onto my account the consultant will know I am on maternity leave with no income that as i stated I will rectify this account Wendi restart work.

Maternity leave is supposed to be happy time for a mother but Ackermans makes it terrible time asbif it is punishment for having a baby -is this how they treat us woman whoe have had a baby.surly there should be something on the system for new moms on tempary leave after having a baby.but no we get this ****ed up treatment that makes our day unhappy .

I want to know why and how does the managers alow the consultants to speak to us with attitude and I want action taken against that consultant
