Denied an exchange
I bought trackpants on the 2 for R149 promotion but was refused an exchange for size by the manager at Ackermans Moratiwa is that your policy when i wasnt told of this when i was buying. Cant your managers use discretion? Then what am i supposed to do with item if i cant exchange it?
