Denied a pregnant woman toilet

My wife and I are were doing shopping for our new born baby at Ackermans at mall of africa, she was pressed and needed a toilet urgently, she then requested cashiers to use their toilet and they refused saying that she needs to use the mall toilets, how cruel these guys can be to deny a pregnant woman toilet, they could even see she struggled to get to the door looking for the Malls toilets. I am glad I ended up not buying anything from them.I will find another retail shop to find clothes for our baby..I am so not happy..this is the last time they see my or my money.
