Delivery went wrong

I am writing to express my disappointment with an order I placed, which still has not been delivered. According to the tracking information, it is marked as delivered, but when I visited the store, I was informed that the delivery driver may have forgotten to leave it at the store.

I needed my order for lastweek and I still don't have it . but now, as it is no longer required, I would like to request a full refund for this order.

I chose this online option as a convenient solution, as other stores had removed swimwear from the shelves. Unfortunately, this has been an inconvenient experience for me.
