Delivery Incompetence!!

Very dissatisfied with Ackermans online service. Have paced an order and entered my home address for delivery, but then it automatically picked a store delivery address which I let slide because it's a store nearby. On delivery day, upon tracking; I get a notification that my order could not be completed because of "incomplete address", how??? The order is returned and after a back and forth with the customer care agent, he puts me through to the courier and they take my correct address with delivery to be done the next day. The following day I get a call STILL requesting my address which I did the previous day!!!

This is such an inconvenience as some items there were meant for a booked photoshoot for my daughter! I am a very frustrated customer because I am being messed with, with my own money!!! I am not asking for these things, I am buying them.
