Delivery Address Changed Automatically – Very Inconvenient and Unsafe

I ordered online from Ackermans and entered my correct workplace address for delivery. However, after checking out, the system changed my delivery address automatically to an Ackermans store at a mall in Bellville.

That mall is known to be unsafe and full of ******** activity, and now I have to leave work, take transport to collect my order, and return, which is both stressful and inconvenient.

I’m disappointed because I selected delivery to my workplace for safety and convenience, yet the system changed it without my consent. This should not happen, as it puts customers in uncomfortable and unsafe situations. I have never been to that Mall ever since I arrived in this province because it is known for being unsafe, now I must go there looking for an Ackermans shop that I have never been to
