Delivered my parcel at the wrong place and wont take responsibility.

I ordered clothes for my son that I needed before Easter Weekend.On Thursday morning it showed my parcel was delivered but I didnt receive anything.After multiple emails they told me my parcel was delivered at an Ackermans store.That wasnt the address I had on my invoice.I had to take more than R650 to get free delivery to my address.I phoned the store and they told me they didnt have my parcel.This morning they tell me to go fetch my parcel at the store or wait a month for my refund?They have my money,I dont have a way to get to the store and I must wait a month to get my money back.Please dont buy at Ackermans.They dont care about clients.It is the cliens problem when they delivered it wrong or put a wrong address on.Poor poor service,never again.
