Deliver and purchase Service - Non Existent!

On I purchased on line with Pay just Now. My parcel is somewhere in DURBAN and I live in Cape Town. They uses DPD Laser, who I have called several times over the past 3 days. You are in an automated que and hold on for up to 20 minutes. As soon as you get to being 2nd in the que, you are pushed back to 57th. I have already paid the 1st instalment, with the next one due and I have nothing to show for it. Nobody at either Ackermans or DPD Laser even tried to contact me. The stuff I paid for is now somewhere in a different province. Can ANYBODY from EITHER of these places please contact me to sort this out????
