Definitely closing my account with ACKERMANS!!!

Ackermans call centre agents and WhatsApp agents are completely useless and a waste of time and money! It's been a week and everyone who I have come across is not able to provide me with what I need. 2 call centre agents has dropped their calls on my probably because they *********** and don't know how to assist or is just plain lazy.
