Declinining to release my labye but paid full

Good day Kindly help me I made a labye at Midlands mall Pietermaritzburg. I then asked my brother to do me a laybye we stay in different cities. I went to fetch my things since the balance is paid up I'm told I need a slip but when I ask is it showing that balance is paid up the cashier said yes but he needs the second slip. I do have the first slip that I used with me but the second one I don't have it with my brother and we are very far apart. We not gonna see each other anytime soon the due date on the sms that I recieved will be reached by the time I see him. Kindly please help me with this problem. I need my staff and no outstanding fees is left I do have the first laybye receipt with me together with the sms and reference number that I got after my brother paid. *** is my laybye reference on the receipt
