Declined refund

Good morning, I'm a loyal akermans Client, this morning I was assisted by Ntsoaki(Store Manager) Zamo (Cashier) in Sandton city mall.

They refused to give me my cash Refund, even though I produced a receipt and the clothes were tagged and still in good condition.

There reasons were they just opened they don't have cash. They decided on my behalf to refund it into my account instead of which this was not entirely my request.... I'm not happy with the service I Got... And I will take this further.
