Declined on line application

<p>I app**** for an ackermans store card on line as this has been the best shooping store for my children so I decided to have a card with them.After applying I got an sms that said my application was declined ref no: ********** 2.I then called the call center to find out why was my application declined,the lady told me that my there is some information missing on the salary bracket hence the decline and I can only apply again after 6 months.I couldn't believe that an error like that can cause the decline why wasn't I given another chance to fix because I did fill in my salary it's just that I am not sure which bracket did I leave out.This is unbelievable or does it mean they don't need new card holders hence they can just dismiss you like that.</p> <p>why not say please bring your pay slip we need to verify something i am so disappointed</p>
