Customer service is non-existent and pathetic!

I bought items 6 days ago online via Ackermans, the only update I have received is that items were moved and are in transit. It has been like that since and nothing has changed.

When you call their call center they tell you they will transfer you to online department and all of them are cutting the call right after. No one is taking your details even after I had told them how many times I have been told I will be transferred, no one is taking my details and is promising to get back to me with any assistance.

What is the point of a call center or providing any contact details if the company isn't contactable!
