Customer Service

I've been to your Ceres store. Staff not being polite, very unfriendly. Staff really needs to change their attitude, clearly they don't know about customer service. Long queue as only 1/2 cashiers available. How is this even possible when it's month end?

Store really needs to work on their space, it's limited especially at the baby/toddler section.
