I bought my daughter a phone for Christmas using my Ackermans account. Now the phone is broken, I lost the slip, I have been to several stores taken from pillar to post with no assistance. I bought so that she can use it for school now we have to share.my phone. At Maponya Mall they still want the slip and I was told that they can trace the IMEI number by store. I urgently need the phone to be repaired!!!
