I was at the Ackermans in Middelburg Mall on 28 May 2015 just before the store close. I was looking for a fleece blanket and Matilda was so helpful. She even went to the back room to look for it and showed me other alternatives. She had such a willing spirit and a warm smile especially since it was so late. There was also a lady at the till who just made my shopping experience all that much better. Awesome service. Matilda is a keeper
