Customer service

I have been to several Ackermans stores and it looks like they are all the same. Yesterday i was at one in van der walt in Pretoria, the line was super long and only 2 tellers, one was busy packing laybye clothes and couldnt care less what was going on. Today i go to the one in centurion mall and its the same service, one was moping the floor, the other one was calling for cashiers to come help and no one came, i then asked where the manager was and was told at the back somewhere, there was a lady in front of that was so pist because they lost her lay-bye. Something needs to be done!
