***** with Ackerman's

Few months ago I went to Ackerman's at Cape Town Golden acre mall to settle my account after that I was approached by one of ladies for insurance agency forgotten name of insurance but they wear black and white, she took my card and check what I qualify for, She explain to me but I never join or sign anything but a month later I received a statement saying I owe R195.00 which was so surprised because I payout all their money!,when I went to back to the shop they told me that I have joined insurance, I explained to them that I never joined any insurance so they told me the lady that took my card made me join insurance without my permission and I have to pay that money before they can cancel the insurance I'm so disappointed with Ackerman's engagement with ****** and UNPROFESSIONAL!!
