Credit application without consent

I went into the Pretoria North Branch at Blaauw Village to buy a few items and laybye other items. Selina, the cashier asked me whether I have an account and I said no. She proceeded to ring up my purchase. Once that was done she asked for my ID for the laybye. She asked for my phone number and I provided her with it. I signed the necessary slip. She then handed back my ID and I left the store. I got a shock when I got home to see my unread smses. She had app**** for an account on my behalf. This was done without my consent. How dare she!! This is beyond words. For one I hate store accounts and don't have any. I furious and beyond words, this is a complete violation of my finances. I am not an opportunity to reach your targets. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
