Credit application made without my concern

Went to Ackermans New Redruth to make a lay-bye was assisted by Nandipha Matutu whom while assisting with the lay-by asked for my ID number ,names and cellphone number .And I dd provide as I assume is their lay-by procedure only to find out she is secretly making an account application without my concern. This is bad for a cashier to just play around with credit score without my concern I just got a message of application being declined yet I did not even enquire. I find the behaviour unacceptable and should be dealt with .
