Covid protocols ignored

I shopped at Ackermans Pavilion this afternoon and was very disgusted when the attending cashier threw the jacket I was purchasing over his shoulder while he cashed up the rest of my stuff....In light of Covid 19 .....I found that he didn't even sanitize his hands before he attended to me....I was horrified.... putting my jacket on his shoulder was the height....Ackermans needs to step up there Covid protocols....seems the staff have forgotten how the virus is spread.....utterly dissatisfied with the level of service.
