Couldn't get my laybye
Good morning
On 27 Sept 2019 I went to ackermans standerton to laybye toddlers clothed,the baby's father pays for the laybye.I then went back to ackermans yesterday on 02 Dec 2019 to pay off the laybye but when I was supposed to take my goods they refused a lady by the name of Sizskele said she will not give me the clothes because they want my ID and the ID of the person who first payed for the laybye, I explained to her that the person that took my laybye the first time didn't tell me all of that but Sizakele still gave me attitude.I asked her to call the manager to come and assist but I waited for up to 30 minutes he didn't pitch.
