concerned

I have 2 unclaimed gift cards wich I just got from my aunties papers who passed awa in 2009 and she was the only only one who knew about them as she was to give me on my babyshower. I got excited when I saw the invoice/reciept expiry date saying 2019/08/31. Going to Shoshanguve crossings they told me how they have changed the cards and that my R370.00 worth of 2 gift cards falls away. I am pleading with your company to help me redeem my 2 vouchers, I have the cards and the recipients.
