Compliment to outstanding response in handling customer complaints

So. I had previously complained about the bad service I received from Ackermans in Mall of Africa. However Bongani Store Manager has changed my whole perception of this store. He was very professional in handling my complaint, he demonstrated a great level of accountability for the mistake the store had made and assured me of what Ackermans stood for as a brand and has definitely won me back as a customer. His work ethos and customer service is very strong and we need more managers like him. Bongani definitely a great asset in the Ackermans Team in its entirety and I would go back shopping at the Ackermans store in mall of Africa because of his excellent customer service. Refreshing to deal with a manager with such positive attitude towards customers a definite cut above and one of a kind! Thank you ! Such a pleasure dealing with him.🙌🏽
