Complete nonsense!

<p> </p> <p>I bought a cellphone at one of Ackermans stores on 8/07/2016 around 12H15, sales consultants at the store don't really know the specs of the devices, I asked if I can return the device should I not be happy with, I was gladly told that it can be done within 7days.</p> <p>I got to work and unpacked the device and realized that it was not feature all that I expected. I immediately called the store and asked for an exchanged or refund but was told that it cannot be done whether my expectations on the product where met or not, at the same time Im being transferred from one person to the other who keep telling me that they are busy with other clients, I’m told that I must come to their store and talk to them directly as I am a client just the same as the clients they are assisting in the store, above that I’m still told that I cannot be anyway.</p> <p> I’m heavily pregnant and expected to walk back to the store and speak to people who are giving me a disgusting attitude on the phone but an hour earlier they were all too happy and smiling to make a quick effortless sale in less than 3minutes. The level of my outrage could send straight into labor. Worst of all I had my purse ****** at one of the Ackermans stores till point at Woodlands Boulevard on Monday the 20th of June! The staff could only tell me "sorry we don’t have cameras at our store". At this stage i want my money back.</p>
