Complaints for Ackermans Bellville

Ackermans store in Bellville and their complaints team as well they all disappointing n not helping at all,their service is very poor and disgusting.

I wrote this email to their complaints team long time ago but still haven't heard from them..

I'm writing this email to file a formal complaint about bad service that I received at Ackermans Bellville [0837]. I did a Laybuy on the 16-11-2023 with total amount of R1658.60 paid R600 upfront knowing that I don't have enough money for Christmas clothes, now that I want my laybuy they tell me that the towel of 179.99 was not punched on that day so I have to pay that money. With the money that i don't have now I had to pay 179.99 more.

I'm not happy at all and i had to spend my last cent for that. What a bad service and I called a Manager called [Indi] she was so ****ed off just by the look of her face,she didn't even say sorry.she even said its not her problem it's Cashiers problem. Guys what kind of service is this?
