Complaint poor quality

bought a phone @ackermans La Lucia in May 2020 Premio is the model of the phone ,this phone has given me nothing but problems in August 2020 I booked in for repairs because it just switched its self off even if the battery was fully charged and when I open it there's battery life on it ,so I booked it in I think it came back in Sept 2020 when I was collecting the phone I asked the sales person what thy said was wrong with it,they just told me the technician didn't say of which I found it very strange.

So now it started the samething again last week ,and today when I taking it its off again and when I switch it on I feel that vibration of turning on but the phone screen is blank, I am so tired of this phone I actually don't want for it to be booked because it's problematic make ,and its gonna give me problems forever..

Can someone call me I am very not happy with the product Ackermans is selling us..I want to return the phone and buy another model even if it means I will have to pay in the difference I dont care but I don't want this phone anymore.

I would also like an e-mail saying I can do the exchange so I can show it to the people in la Lucia,I am hoping I will get a response and a call from you guys.
