COMPLAINT

Hello Peter, my husband and I went for some shopping at Ackermans Bara Mall, the Manager is the worst the way she treated her stuff is horrible she shouts at them in front of customer mind you she shouts them for trying to help a customer seems like she hate it when they interact with us customers. My husband went and confronted her about this behaviour she was not even remorseful. The manager is very rude to customers and arrogant,not apologetic about her behaviour instead she pressed her cellphone and walked away.
