Ackermans nkomo Village treats their workers like they do not have kids... They decide on the spot that the staff must knock off late which is an inconvenience to babysitters what about the kids homework... As a child minder the latest I can do is 7:30pm but for people to knock off at 9pm not only is it not safe for them due to transport but also an inconvenience to family dynamics
