Complaint

I received a gift from my sister over the festive season(clothing item) I wash my clothing before wearing them I washed my shorts and it started ripping while wet I then took it to the nearest ackermans and explained to the lady I do not have a slip as it was a gift and my sister is in Somalia so getting the slip from her is impossible she insisted on a slip where as the material is to thin or faulty I just feel that all these years I purchase all my shorts from them as I love the style and quality but this time around I am not very happy with the quality of that item nor the service I got
