I’ve recently purchased a gift card from the store worth 1000 and I was ****** I’ve went to the store for cancellation and replacement they say I must call the call centre I’ve been sent from pillar to post of bare in mind I have the card no and the balance is still there they say if it’s lost it’s lost meaning the 1000 is gonna be the donation to the company kindly assist as I need to be reimbursed with the value and we facing with recession 1000 is nota cent pls help it’s ackermans Golden acre purchased on the 31may 2025 I’m very angry and disappointed as they offer that service online but it doesn’t allow to use gift card kindly assist
