complaint against Ackerman's regarding my account

Dear HelloPeter Team,

I would like to lodge a serious complaint against Ackermans regarding an account they claim I have not paid.

Ackermans is saying that I still owe money on my account, but I strongly dispute this claim. I have made my payments and I do not understand why they are now claiming that I have an outstanding balance.

I feel that I am being ****med and treated unfairly and that I am being accused of owing money when, to my knowledge, I have paid what was required. I would like Ackermans to provide me with a complete statement of my account, including all payments received, the dates of those payments, and a clear explanation of how they calculated the amount they claim I owe.

I kindly ask HelloPeter to assist me in getting this matter resolved. I would appreciate it if Ackermans could investigate the matter properly and correct their records if there has been an error.

I am very frustrated and disappointed because I do not believe I should be held responsible for an amount that I do not owe.
