Complaint about bad customer service

I was at ackermans Jabulani mall, I was going to exchange school trousers that I bought for my son. So when I got to the till the lady who was supposed to assist me was busy complaining to her colleagues about why am I returning things that I bought from a different branch. So I kept quiet then she continued to be disrespectful until she was done with the process of the exchange. Instead of putting my clothes inside of the plastic she just gave me my clothes and wanted me to do it my self, that's bad customer service to be honest. After that I complained to one of the staff member so they called the culprit by the name of Katlego to apologize then she gave me an attitude and her apology sounded **** and was not sincere. I'm not happy about this whole altercation and I don't even think I will ever shop at ackermans Jabulani mall.
