Complaint...

I had an account with ackermans then suddenly found out that my card was replaced without my permission. The shop instructed me to file the dispute form and submit some documents and I did as instructed since much and they told me that I will take 21days for an investigation to be done since 30th of March 2025 until today I haven't received the outcome of the case and now I don't have an access to my account, I can't pay my outstanding balance but still the interest are going up and my Credit Score is going down like floods water.. I was supposed to be applying for my homeloan but I can't because of this shop that I trusted with my personal details.
