Complaint

Good day I once huge a complaint about one of the managers at one of your stores at but you never responded to me about it I went to the store to take my laybuy out without a slip in person but I took a pic of it on my phone and I wanted to take it out and exchange certain things I asked her politely and to my surprise she responded rudely so I went to do a print out of it but decided to take it out instead when I go back to the store I found her talking in front of other customers saying tht lady is stupid she doesn’t understand when you tell her things I could hold my self I approach her and we started arguing thre I worked at stores I know how costumers are supposed to be treated especially when they come humbly now Iam afraid to go shop at that store cz of how rudely the manager is and unfortunately Iam to the first person to experience this and she was being rude to other customers also that day while I was on the line please teach them how to respect us
