<p>Visited ackermans Letlhabile today after doing a lay bye a wrong size 3 days back. I wanted to do size exchange and some black lady working on a till refused saying is not allowed. She's always rude to customers and doesn't have patience on customers. I even asked her how come when I bought something and took it home I can stil come and exchange but she's refusing me to exchange on the things that are still in the shop. I asked to see the manager and she told me the manager is not available at the shop.</p>
