Complaint

Ackermans hillbrow employees are very rude towards customers ...last of last week Sunday I went to do a laybe and as I was picking clothes i came across a jacked that I I liked but it was on top so there was this other lady who was packing clothes and I asked for assistance but she didn't look interested she js told me to use a stick of which i couldn't since I was carrying my 1year old baby with both hands so I tried taking e jacket for myself but some fell on top of me so i took e 1 that I wanted and as I was about to put the others back she came to me and said you have to put them back to the top so I got upset since she refused to help me at first and now she's telling me wat to do ok to avoid noise and then she was like yeeeerrrrrr you have ruined e packing and stuff i reminded her tht she refuse to help me so wat was I supposed to do and she started insulting me saying I must stop being black and all that but I chose to walk away cause I didn't wanna quarell infrilont of my baby so please ackermans try to discipline your workers coz eir behaviour is so disgusting
