I want to bring to your attention the service that I experienced at Ackerman in west street in Durban. One of the managers she was very rude abd unprofessional she just left me standing there without any acknowledgement. I am not willing to go back to the store I might as well forfeit that amount. I am a Ackerman’s customer and I took up this matter with the management case number: 592989 off which she called me yesterday for an apology but I don’t see myself going to that store again.
