Complain about account application
I NOKUTHOKOZA Fezeka Nyandeni Id number :*** I opened an account on Ackermans on 2nd September 2020 I was still waiting for the response today I was checking my application status and it says application declined as I do not meet the minimum requirements. What they did to me is so terrible because I do not know why my application is declined and why they do not give me second chance to reapply for an account instead of deciding on their own. Please help
