Never ever buy in Ackermans store(store code: 0886)

I have made a laybye in less than 20 days ago...i went back to the store to cancel my laybye and I remembered that I lost a slip, they said they can't assist me, I need to wait for the laybye to expire, I offered to give my ID and refused to assist me still.

I spoke to the manager, she was not even having a name tag on, and she gave me a very bad attitude, ask the staff around to give me their store code they all.refused...finally one just gave me. Store code: 0886

I'm still in store No one os assisting me on anything, they laughing around with attitudes also.

Called head office spoke to Boipelo from head office and she said it's possible to get cash back on laybyes with an ID, the Ackermans staff in thus particular store are very rude, I will.never ever buy anything from that store again.
