Complain

I bought a watch at ackermans wonderpark park in April 2025, yesterday 15 May 2025 ,I went to the shop yo say the watch is giving problems , it lost the time at any given time , the lady by the name Ivy was not helpful at all , she was very rude she took the watch and the slip she says the are not going to take it . They are charging it to see if it's working then she repeated again to me that they dnt take the watch. I went in the morning 10am to the shop and late before 17pm , the way she was not helpful she didn't want to take my story, then I left the watch and the slip with her. Shop 3057 ackermans wonderpark
