I had puchased the pack of 2 winter track pans for my son on Saturday the 1st just to get home to find out that the sizes was odd sizes and my son couldn't wear his clothes for the birthday party that he was invited for today on the 6may i had some stuff to do in boksburg i decided to take the pans to the nearest shop to have it exchange i got to the shop in boksburg commissioner street the guy named Xola told sorry we cant help me he was very rude he called the store manager she then said to me go back were you bought it we cant help you its really shocking to get such terrible service even from the store manager

08 May 2021, 18:33I finally went to exchange the pans at East rand mall branch what an amazing service from the east rand mall staff from the person sanitizing our hands and i was helped by Nhlanhla what a mind blowing service from him he willing to go the extra mile and source me the pans cause the was no more sizes and the colours i wanted i was very happy when i left the store its a pleasure to shop at east rand mall thank you very much Nhlanhla
