Complain

I opened an account at Ackerman's that I couldn't pay this year Credit of 4500.00 Im paying debt review to represent me to my creditors. Obviously they negotiated with Ackerman's debt review amount to be paid monthly. Recently Ackerman's is after me I must pay the account whereas they are getting the agreement amount with my debts review. They call me at work my cell phone early in the morning everyday I'm asking myself am I the only customer at Ackerman's this is too much. What I want to say is I'm not going to pay this account twice they can take me to court if they feel like my debt review are legal people now they treat me as if I took thier clothes by force there was an agreement that I failed to fulfil and I didn't ran I informed them.
