Clothing account

Hi, I have picked up discrepancies on my Ackermans account previously and I overlooked or ignored it. But since I am retired, no longer full-time employed I created a file for accounts, reconcile and file my payments and slips. I discover credits are not allocated conveniently rather extra purchases are on my account. Either that or totals on my account statement are incorrect. So I will follow-up if not satisfied I will lodge a dispute with the Consumer Council.
