Clothes not delivered

I had the worst experience ever with ackermans. I ordered clothes for my son online over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received anything. Nobody is giving me any feedback when I call they drop the call and at the stores they say they cannot assist me the clothes are not there. It's frustrating because these are winter clothes for my son and it's really cold these day and having a baby that grows fast isn't helping because if they do decide to deliver they will all be to small for him. I am never ever shopping at ackermans again such an inconvenience with poor service. How can not anybody know where the clothes are? Where could they be stuck at? To my knowledge it shouldn't even take more than 10 working days but it's going for a month now nexr week.
