Clothes in lay-by being tampered with.

Yesterday I went to the mall to get the clothes I had put away on lay-by and I received it all and managed to check it.

When I got home however I noticed that the coat that I got was about 2 sizes bigger. I'm almost certain that it was changed because I tried on the coat in the store when I made the lay-by.

I tried calling the store a few times and the phone is never answer Nanking for extremely poor service.

I have on several other occasions tried calling the store and they never pick up. They're basically unreasonable!!! In 2024.
