Click and Collect Untrusted

I must say I'm very disappointed with Ackerman's online commerce. They failed to provide me with details of what happened to my order which I order via they click and collect portal. They have been saying we are waiting for feedback blah blah blah....... and till to date I have not received any. My order was placed on the 4 Oct and status showed dispatched. All I can say thank you and I will not be using your portal ever again.
